Information on accommodation
We only have a limited number of private accommodations available, which are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All others are requested to book and pay for their own accommodation!
For accommodation in a hotel, we have reserved a block of rooms from May 6 to 10, 2026 at the Best Western Hotel Schmöker-Hof in Norderstedt (https://plazahotels.de/en/hotel-hamburg-norderstedt/).

You have to pay for the hotel room. For that a credit card (number and expiry date) is required. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly (see contact details above).
Please note that the deadline for this reservation is only valid until March 8, 2026. After that, our block of rooms will expire and we will not be able to reserve any more rooms.
Any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, change or no-show, the hotel reserve the right to charge you 80% of the expected booking value.
Room rates:
€99.00 per single room/night
€136.00 per double room/night
€161.00 per triple room/night
The price includes service, applicable VAT, and breakfast.
Arrival and Departure: The rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Parking: Paid underground parking spaces are available and cost €10.00 per day. Free parking is available in the public area in front of the hotel (reservations not possible).
Of course, you are free to book another hotel by your own. You may also be able to find reasonable accommodation on Airbnb or Booking.com
